Our polymer-based ice pack sheets are designed for convenient, reusable cold and hot applications. Follow these steps for best performance and safety.
1. Activation
Immerse the dry sheets fully in clean water.
Gently scrunch and knead them by hand to release trapped air bubbles.
Water will enter through the one-way permeable surface, activating the polymer inside each cell and allowing the sheet to expand completely.
Your ice pack is now hydrated and ready for use.
2. For Cold Use
- After activation, freeze the sheet until solid (typically 6–8 hours).
- The more sheets placed in your cooler or storage box, the longer the temperature retention — keeping items frozen or chilled for extended periods.
3. For Heat Use
- Follow Step 1 (Activation) first.
- Then place the hydrated sheet in a microwave for approximately 1 minute.
- Wrap in a towel before applying.
- Always check the temperature before use to prevent burns.
4. Cut to Desired Size
The sheets can be easily trimmed to fit your container or medical use area.
Cut evenly between the cell lines to maintain integrity and prevent leaks.
